A korrentour readingWhat is a korrent?

The most powerful rule for an exceptional interface is that it feels obvious to use; novelty, minimalism and simplicity are means to that, not the end.

Drawn from what Julie Zhuo said

design How things should be made and judged: what makes a design good, who should do the designing, and what an interface is for.

simplicity Less, but better: reduction as the way to make something good, and the argument about when it goes too far.

What does the interface become when a model is on the other side?under our view: The buttons survive: chat gets married to controls, because showing what can be done still wins What makes a design good?under our view: Good design disappears: it is obvious to use, explains itself, and is never noticed
