Our readingWhat is a korrent?
Drawn from what David Hume said
government What states are for and what they are worse at than markets and networks: legitimacy, moral hazard, and who may be entrusted with power.
war Armed conflict and preparing for it: military spending, alliances, and what changes when machines are in the loop.
It is, therefore, on opinion only that government is founded; and this maxim extends to the most despotic and most military governments, as well as to the most free and most popular.
