   Our readingThe EU AI Act is the cautionary case for regulating early: Europe's language models must obey a rule that was finished before large language models existed.

   Europe

   Their wordshave to abide by this rule that was written before LLMs were even a thing. And that shows how challenging sort of the the the situation is if you try to set the line too firm to begin with.
