Passing ARC-AGI does not equate to achieving AGI, and, as a matter of fact, I don't think o3 is AGI yet. o3 still fails on some very easy tasks, indicating fundamental differences with human intelligence.

Chollet says that even a system passing his own AGI benchmark has not reached AGI, because it still fails tasks a person finds very easy. They are not describing the same threshold, and only one of them thinks it has been crossed.
Cannot both be true

Chollet says a system that passes his own AGI benchmark still fails tasks a person finds very easy, and that this is not AGI. There is no reading of the same systems on which both sentences are careful.
