    Because in the case of AI for consumers if it works 90% of the time you're delighted you you're you know you're mind blown. If it works 80% of the time you're satisfied. In the case of most industrial and physical AIs, if it works 90% of the time, nobody cares about that. They only care about the 10% that it fails.
