Our translation The aim is to take back the privileges held by multi-home owners seeking excessive unearned income beyond a fair return on investment and by owners of investment and speculative homes they do not even live in, and to strengthen the corresponding burden and responsibility in taxation, finance, regulation, supply and so on, so as to normalise the property market like advanced countries.

Said
South Korea will keep to the NPT and its commitment to denuclearisation.
Our translation It is also clear that obligations under the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) must be strictly observed on the Korean Peninsula, and that this is in the interest of both South and North. Korea will observe the NPT regime and strictly keep its denuclearisation commitment.
