So when I look at the ease with which I (and many, many others) are building software, I start to think that distribution is even cheaper now - “less than free”. I don’t need to go get software, I can just make it. And that feature wall is eroding even more - now I can build exactly what I need, exactly how I want it, exactly when I want it.
